How do you order?

Don’t worry if you don’t see your uploaded design on the products as you browse the site, our site isn’t designed this way. We are much more personal than a simple ”you upload it we print it,” (spelling mistakes and misalignment’s included.) After you have placed your order with us our designer will contact you via email to personally create or check your design before we go to print.

We go the extra mile to make the effort of personally checking every order before it goes to print and working with you to ensure that you get the best results from your custom order.

You can add a note and/or upload your artwork via the image upload link before adding to basket and checking out. You can also reply to your order confirmation email with your images and design requirements too or e-mail us at

Our designer will contact you within a few hours to show you an example of how your order will look. We can create a design from scratch or if you have already sent a design, we’ll make sure that you’re happy with the final result.

Feel free to send across any designs in any format, just send the largest versions you have as we’ll crop them to fit your custom item. If you don’t have a design then please send across the message you’d like printed and if possible any ideas such as colour schemes, images or examples you like.

Please note that we can’t print any copyrighted images unless you’re the copyright owner. If you’re unsure, please contact us and we’ll check or try to offer an alternative.

We do not give our permission for any political parties to print our name and address on their products as we do not wish to be associated with any political party.

We always ask for you to approve the design prior to printing and once the design is approved, we’ll make and ship the next working day.

If you’re unsure we sell single items on almost all of our listings intended as samples for larger orders, we would urge all customers to do this before making a large order.
