Help! I’m not sure which size Garment I need!

Please see our size guide HERE. All you’ll need is a tape measure to figure out your size, just measure a shirt that you own and refer to the measurement table for the perfect fit. Remember to measure the shirt not yourself. Please note that we don’t specify kids sizes by age due to the fact that all kids are different shapes and sizes.  Also we don’t list ladies sizes due to vanity sizing being different from brand to brand.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to anywhere in the world, yes anywhere! Standard postage to the UK is free whilst there is a small charge for us to deliver overseas. Please click HERE to view our delivery page for more information on postage prices.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay for your items with a range of different methods including Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Mastercard/Visa debit or credit cards, Amex cards and Klana. We accept BACS payments for larger orders, just let us know via e-mail and we’ll set it up for you.

I need a VAT invoice

We are a VAT registered company and automatically send your VAT invoice after checkout direct to your e-mail address.

I need to change my order or delivery details

If your item is yet to be despatched then we can change any delivery address or aspect of the order if you contact us immediately. We cannot refund or replace any items that have failed to arrive due to the incorrect delivery address being input by the customer. If your item has already been despatched then we are unable assist with changing any delivery information.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

The lead time on UK orders with the free shipping option is an estimated 3-5 working days as standard. We offer a range of upgraded postage options with DPD as our main courier partner, extra charges will apply and the estimated delivery dates will be available on the checkout page. Working days are classed as Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

We offer Airmail and Airsure as postage options for European orders and the lead time should be no more than 15 working days. For anywhere outside of Europe the lead time is no more than 20 working days. We aim to get your items to you as soon as possible. During peak periods when using the free shipping option please allow a few extra days for delivery.

I’ve changed my mind and wish to cancel my order

If your item is yet to be despatched then we can cancel and refund you immediately. If your item has been despatched then we are unable to issue a refund until we receive the item back. If this is the case please see question ‘I would like to return my item?’ and follow the instructions. Please contact us asap via admin@mrtsshirts.co.uk if you wish to cancel your order.

My item hasn’t arrived yet! What should I do?

Sadly sometimes items do go missing whilst on their travels around the world. Please follow these three steps before contacting us:-

● Have a look at out delivery page to check the lead time on your item. If the item is still within lead time please wait until this has expired before making contact as the package could still arrive.

● Check your delivery address. We cannot refund or replace any items that have failed to arrive due to the incorrect delivery address being input by the customer.

● Make sure that Royal Mail have not left a ‘We have something for you’ card or if the item has been left in a safe place or with a neighbor. Please also try contacting your local delivery office, you can find your nearest office HERE.

If you have done all of this and the item is still missing please contact us HERE and we will resolve the issue asap.

My item has arrived damaged or has missing parts!

If there is any problem with your order whatsoever please contact us asap so that we can resolve any issues asap. You can contact us HERE using the contact form. We aim to respond to any query within 24 hours.

I would like to return my item

We offer a 30 day return policy but due to the items being handmade to order full refunds and returns are only offered if the item is damaged or faulty. We strongly advise that you refer to the measurements on the listing before placing an order. Badge orders are also non refundable due to the bespoke nature of the item.

Please note that it is the buyers responsibility to pay the return costs and obtain a proof of postage. If you wish to return an item please contact us at admin@mrtsshirts.co.uk stating your name, order number, purchase date and reason for the return.

I have just returned my item, how long will it take for me to receive a refund?

We aim to issue your refund in the same working day in which we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued via the method that was used to make payment. The refund will take no longer than 3 working days and if you have any queries regarding this please feel free to contact us HERE.
